Hi PawPal is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any paid feature, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or completing any transaction. By proceeding, your parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Hi PawPal reserves the right to terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a user under the age of 13 without prior notice.
What we collect: When you register, we collect your email address and a display name. When you make a purchase, payment details are collected directly by Base44 Payments — Hi PawPal never sees or stores your card information.
How we use it: Your data is used solely to operate Hi PawPal — to authenticate your session, fulfill purchases, and provide pet-related features. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertising networks.
Storage & Security: All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers managed by Base44. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
Communications: We may send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in consent.
Cookies: Hi PawPal uses session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
All purchases on Hi PawPal are processed securely through Base44 Payments. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to the payment method you provide.
Non-refundable items: Digital goods — including AI-generated photos, videos, and costume assets — are non-refundable once the generation process has begun, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output. This is because the AI compute cost is incurred immediately.
Adoption fees: The $2.00 adoption fee is a one-time processing fee for creating your digital pet profile. It is non-refundable.
Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days at the address in the Contact section below.
Hi PawPal integrates the following third-party services to deliver its features. Each has its own independent privacy policy and terms of service.
We select third-party partners with strong privacy practices, but Hi PawPal is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external services.
All items sold in the Hi PawPal store are digital goods. No physical products are shipped. Costumes, accessories, and other store items exist solely within the Hi PawPal platform.
AI-generated photos and videos are unique outputs produced on demand. Because AI results can vary, Hi PawPal does not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome. You may regenerate content but each generation incurs a separate fee.
You retain personal use rights to AI-generated content purchased on Hi PawPal. Commercial redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Hi PawPal memberships are automatically recurring monthly subscriptions. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Hi PawPal (via Base44 Payments) to charge your payment method $15.00 every 30 days until you cancel.
Renewal reminders: We will send you an email reminder 5 days and 1 day before each renewal charge so you have time to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by going to your account settings within the Hi PawPal app. Upon cancellation, your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle — you will not receive a prorated refund for unused days.
Active members receive a 50% discount on all store purchases. These benefits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
Membership fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The Hi PawPal Community is a text-only forum for pet owners to connect and share advice. By entering the community, you agree to follow the rules below.

Hi PawPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific AI output quality, or data retention in the event of a force-majeure event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hi PawPal's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Hi PawPal in the 30 days preceding the claim.
